TOUCH

If you are lonely, and miss a touch of another person, here is some advice I can give. Now it's all from my experiences alone. 

Be a relation to yourself first. Once you've found that confident to love yourself without the need for another, that other will come. Practice touching your most sensitive spots, like your eyes, your nose, your fingers, your lips, these sensitive spots are not normally touched by the owner. They can make you feel a hug, a sensation of belonging, a sense of existence, and surrealism of self comforting. You must practice this now, it's dose not always show complete effects of self awareness right away for some people. It works for me well, and you don't have to deal with someone else's conditions. love you!
